Program Manager

1. To plan, organize, and lead all activities in Demand & Supply Planning, Order Fulfillment, Warehouse, and Logistics management.

2. Planning and prioritizing operations to maximize performance and minimize delays.

3. Supporting sales forecasts by determining capacity needs such as manpower, equipment, materials, and space.

4. Monitoring and following up on production output, material arrivals, and delivery schedules as per the production plan.

5. Planning and preparing material follow-up through pull plan order requests based on sales demand.

6. Coordinating with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.

7. Managing the inflow of materials and outflow of finished goods effectively and accurately according to the build plan.

8. Working with Production, Planning, and Business Development teams to set and maintain site inventory levels.

9. Liaising with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams from end to end.

10. Making recommendations, participating in problem-solving, and advising on solutions to improve productivity, resource efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction, aligned with company objectives.

11. Preparing and submitting performance reports such as daily output, yield, and line performance.

12. Adhering to organizational requirements on quality management, health and safety, code of conduct, legal stipulations, environmental policies, 5S policies, and general duty of care.

Ensuring subordinates' compliance with ISO9001 standards and safety procedures for material handling.
