Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Program Managers in planning and scheduling projects.
  • Coordinate meetings, track actions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Monitor project milestones, update tracking systems, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation (timelines, reports, meeting minutes).
  • Facilitate communication across departments including engineering, operations, procurement, and QA.
  • Track budgets, resource allocation, and project expenditures.
  • Ensure all programs align with internal processes, standards, and compliance policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in program or project coordination, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or technology sectors.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools; experience with project tracking software (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, JIRA) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently under tight deadlines.

Salary Range: RM3000 - RM5000
