Program Executive

SKP BM Electronics Sdn. Bhd. (SKP BM) is well established since 2017. The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SKP Resources Bhd. (SKP Resources Group). Our branch is located at Taman Teknologi Johor – Senai, JOHOR, is a recognized Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
2. Responsible for the day-to-day operational issues with the goal of meeting customer delivery requirements.
3. Monitors trends related to operations and takes appropriate actions where necessary.
4. Manages and coordinates activities to meet set objectives and customer requirements - delivery, quality, and profitability.
5. Leads cross-functional teams to deliver product launches on time with minimum cost impact.
6. Ensures the achievement of all customer and company requirements including quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness.
7. Maintains good communication within the company, and between the company and the customer.
8. Maintains effective communications and good relationships with customers.
9. Reviews and approves Engineering Change, document change, line qualification, and deviation.
10. Creates, updates, and maintains Bills of Materials for various products.
11. Manages BOM changes and updates through an established change control process.
12. Maintains documentation and records related to BOMs.
13. Ensures BOM accuracy in the SAP system.
14. Supports engineering change orders (ECO) and manages BOM revisions.
15. Participates in cross-functional team meetings to discuss project status.
16. Ad hoc tasks will be assigned by superiors if any.
17. In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and engineering documentation.
18. Strong expertise in BOM management processes.
19. Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and lead initiatives.
20. Computer literate.
21. Technical and problem-solving skills.
22. Addressees technical queries, forecasts demand, and tracks delivery schedules.
23. Develops and manages project timelines, ensuring timely completion.
24. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
25. Provides progress updates and maintains clear communication with customers.

Qualifications

1. Degree/diploma in Manufacturing / Mechanical / Electronics / Industrial Engineering.
2. 2 years of experience in electronics industries (Box build operations).
3. A team player and able to interact effectively with all levels within the company.
