Program Executive ( On-Site Johor Bahru)
Primary Job Functions
- Ensure that customer requirements are met and delivery standards consistently meet or exceed expectations.
- Serve as the key liaison between the customer and the internal team, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative environment and driving performance excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the quotation process for assigned accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and thorough outcome evaluation.
- Oversee product start-up initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration across relevant departments.
- Facilitate coordination among all pertinent departments to fulfil customer requirements and delivery commitments.
- Conduct regular internal meetings to review and enhance quality and delivery performance, offering coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive reports to monitor the progress of customer models effectively.
- Engage in ongoing communication with customers to strengthen relationships, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Relay customer feedback to management to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Support the development and expansion of existing and new accounts.
- Manage, monitor, and evaluate projects in collaboration with team members, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Prepare and present quarterly cost update reports to the Head of Business Development (HOBD) and Marketing Leadership (ML), offering insights and updates on project status and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing or program management role, with a proven track record of managing customer relationships, overseeing project start-ups, and leading cross-functional teams.

- Experience with quotation processes and product start-up coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with relevant marketing and project management software.
