Program Engineer

Your Role

1. Facilitate cross-functional teamwork from RFQ to production.
2. Coordinate with the team to assess program feasibility and requirements.
3. Review FA packages for document completeness and part quality.
4. Manage project interfaces to maintain customer and supplier relationships.
5. Maintain timely communication with customers and sales teams.
6. Analyze technical issues during New Product Introduction.
7. Develop engineering documents such as PMP, IP, FMEA, WI, etc.
8. Provide weekly program status updates to the department.
