What you'll do

  1. Assist MPM coordinate and manage the development and launch of new car models from Business case to Mass production.
  2. Assist MPM to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  3. Assist MPM to monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  4. Assist MPM to identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
  5. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
  6. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, logistic hubs, and manufacturing teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  7. Facilitate and support communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
  8. Conduct production investigation and analysis to inform program decisions.
  9. Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
  10. Develop and maintain quality methodologies: Ensure that quality systems and practices meet customer needs.
  11. Support quality engineering tasks in program phase up to 90 days post Start of Production (SOP).
  12. Coordinate risk management in program process: Including PFMEA, Control Plan, and Process Flow in program phase.

Competence and Qualification Requirement

  1. Associate’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field (bachelor’s degree preferred).
  2. 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or project support role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  7. Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations is a plus.
