Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, MIS, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience at the tertiary level (Lecturer/Senior Lecturer).
• Professional certifications in analytics tools (e.g., SAS, Tableau, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, CBAP).
• Proficiency in Python and R for statistical analysis and programming.
• Advanced skills in Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Excel, SAS, SPSS, or similar analytical tools.
• Publication in Q1 and Q2 journals is an additional advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute student learning and development through teaching assignments with quality monitoring.
• Supervise undergraduate projects and oversee postgraduate progress to ensure timely completion.
• Contribute to research by pursuing internal/external grants.
• Publish in Q1/Q2 journals and other scholarly outlets.
• Network and collaborate with internal parties and professional bodies to enhance education quality.
