In this senior academic role, you will bridge the gap between global industry standards and academic rigor. Your responsibilities include:

• Instructional Leadership: Deliver engaging undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Hospitality, Tourism, or Culinary Arts.

• Mentorship: Guide students through complex project endeavors and provide clarity on academic expectations.

• Assessment Design: Craft and administer assessments that harmonize with international learning objectives and industry demands.

• Personalized Coaching: Offer high-level feedback during consultations to enrich the student educational journey.

• High-Impact Research: Undertake scholarly research, secure prestigious grants, and publish findings in top-tier journals while representing the university at international conferences.

skills & experience required

• Academic Credentials: Possess a PhD in Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary Arts, or a closely related field.

• Professional Background: Minimum of 10 years of experience within the education sector, specifically in a senior or professorial capacity.

• Research Excellence: A sustained track record of successful research grants and impact measured by publications in leading global journals.
