Job description

Transaction Management and Strategy

You will need:

  • CRE support for all real estate transactions within the client’s leasing portfolio across the JLL platform. This includes managing key lease event critical dates and controlling the leasing/own portfolio to achieve strategic objectives for real estate.
  • Serve as team support on real estate matters including acquisition, renewal, and disposition to properly close out transactions.
  • Collaborate with legal counsels, real estate agents, and consultants for preparing and executing LOI, lease agreements, sale and purchase agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Initiate and manage lease audits in-country and assist with lease reviews for CRE as needed.
  • Analyze and identify suitable real estate sites aligned with client business objectives and advise the client’s CRE team on property strategy.
  • Obtain and advise on market rents, valuation reports, and other relevant information from agents, working with lawyers on contracts and deeds, and disseminate this information to the client’s CRE team.
  • Maintain all lease documents effectively and utilize available real estate systems.
Financial Acumen

You will need to:

  • Prepare and evaluate financial analysis documents.
  • Partner with professionals on business budget guidelines and constraints.
  • Assist in preparing PAFs or other business cases for approval.
Relationship Management

You will build strong, sustainable working relationships and help the client navigate through the JLL delivery platform efficiently and productively.

People Management

You possess strong skills to manage brokers across geographies and actively engage with the client’s wider corporate real estate team and internal stakeholders collaboratively. You demonstrate proficiency in portfolio management and can orchestrate complex activities across multiple countries, properties, and services to achieve goals.

Commercial Acumen

You will understand account profitability, formulate an account plan to meet revenue and performance targets, and ensure client service standards. Leverage technology and new products within JLL to deliver enhanced benefits for our clients.

Risk Management and Compliance

You will maintain required records and reports, ensuring compliance with the client’s CRE policies and procedures.
