Responsibilities

1. Master the Juris Application Server framework for Business Consultants and become well-versed in the capabilities of the Juris solution framework.
2. Become a subject matter expert on banking processes and workflows, guiding banking users to achieve optimal efficiency using the Juris solution.
3. Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover user requirements and translate these into documentation with workflow diagrams.
4. Configure Juris software at a non-programming level according to bank requirements (SQL training will be provided).
5. Facilitate and execute UAT sessions, working alongside programmers to resolve UAT defects quickly and thoroughly.
6. Analyze and understand system requirements, design specifications, and business values.
7. Develop, design, and document tests and test cases.
8. Design and execute automated tests to verify manual and automated test results.
9. Report defects, retest resolved bugs, and document test coverage and results.
10. For candidates with soft skills talent, participate in user training and train-the-trainer sessions.
11. High performers will be groomed in Juris project management methodologies and procedures.

Job Requirements

1. Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management/Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Mass Communications, or equivalent.
2. Possess an analytical and logical mindset, with some knowledge of programming concepts.
3. Skills in SQL, PHP, PL/SQL, or knowledge of financial loans processing and credit management are advantageous.
4. Proficiency in English is required.
5. At least 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
