Job Title:

Professional, BI Analyst (TCF)

Job Description

The Professional, BI Analyst (TCF) role will lead strategic business decisions for customers and/or stakeholders by developing and providing data analysis and reporting of complex patterns, insights, and trends. This role will mine data from a variety of data sources to support, design, and predict outcomes with impactful recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. These insights will help solve complex business problems, implement best practices, and optimize performance.

The BI Analyst will create detailed specifications for reports and analysis based on a thorough understanding of business needs and available data. The role requires following established processes and addressing any issues independently, using high-level judgment and analytical skills. Mentorship will be provided on complex projects, and the role may involve creating standard processes. Expertise in analysis solutions/tools and proficiency with CRM databases and BI tools are essential.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Proficiency with advanced analysis tools (OLTP/OLAP structures, Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, Power BI, Business Objects)
• Strong knowledge of domain languages (SQL, HIVEQL, etc.) and application of complex statistical methods (regression, correlation, causation)
• 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Effective communication and presentation skills for all organizational levels, including executive presence
• Industry and demographic understanding in hardware, software, SaaS, healthcare, or industrial sectors (preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma or equivalent; degrees in computer science, finance, or statistics/mathematics are a plus
• Experience in data-driven insights, business analytics, and dashboard design
