Qualifications

We're looking to add a Technician located in Taiping, Perak to support our extraordinary teams and contribute to our growth.

Job Descriptions:

• To carry out daily assignments assigned by the Superior.
• To ensure that all works are carried out according to procedures.
• To ensure that reports and records are done properly.
• To comply with the report recording, generating, and maintaining.
• To feedback to superior for any nonconformity encountered.
• Responsible to troubleshooting and maintenance of the machine.
• To perform checking on the machinery parameter according to the checklist.
• To ensure that the cleanliness of production lines is maintained.
• Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity.
• To control materials for production use and to check and ensure that correct materials are used for production.
• Assist to perform data collection/entry on production records.
• Assist in training of new production operators.
• To received final product from production using forklift/pallet truck.
• All other duties as instructed by the management from time to time.

Skills and personalities:

• Requires Diploma/SKM/Certificate in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Automation/Electronic/ Mechatronic Engineering and related field.
• Minimum 1 year work experience in production and engineering field.
• Preferably in basic machinery, minor troubleshooting and operational.
• Experience with change mold, handle mechanical tools such as wrench, electrical tools such as multimeter & read electrical drawings.
• Preferably with the special skill in fabrication/welding
• Able to write summary report in English.
