Job summary

AAC Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is hiring for a production technician to configure, program, and run production equipment, ensuring full UPH utilization and conformance to ISO/WI/ESD standards. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, daily output tracking, and stock monitoring.

The ideal candidate holds a technical certificate/diploma and has knowledge of PLC programming, machine/jig improvement, and basic design. Experience in Die Bonding or Wire Bonding is advantageous in this role.

Qualifications

Certificate / Diploma in a relevant technical field.
Knowledge in machine/jig improvement, PLC programming, basic design, and computer literacy.
Candidates with relevant working experience in Die Bonding or Wire Bonding will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Configure, program, and run production equipment to achieve full UPH utilization.
Monitor machines, evaluate products, and ensure compliance with ISO, WI, and ESD standards.
Suggest enhancements to machine performance, product quality, and functionality.
Track hourly output, meet shift deadlines, and report defective products or machinery.
Check stock levels and report shortages of products or raw materials.
