Job summary

AAC Technologies in Kulai, Malaysia is seeking a technical operator to configure, program, and run production equipment to maximize UPH utilization. You will monitor machines, ensure ISO, WI, and ESD standards, and suggest enhancements to performance and quality.

The role requires a technical certificate/diploma, knowledge of machine/jig improvement and PLC programming, and basic design ability; experience in Die Bonding or Wire Bonding is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certificate / Diploma in a relevant technical field.
• Knowledge in machine/jig improvement, PLC programming, basic design, and computer literacy.
• Candidates with relevant working experience in Die Bonding or Wire Bonding will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Configure, program, and run production equipment to achieve full UPH utilization.
• Monitor machines, evaluate products, and ensure compliance with ISO, WI, and ESD standards.
• Suggest enhancements to machine performance, product quality, and functionality.
• Track hourly output, meet shift deadlines, and report defective products or machinery.
• Check stock levels and report shortages of products or raw materials.
