• New Machine / Line set up and data collection for new machine / line qualification.
• Maintain vision system performance to ensure detection system is effective.
• Participate in workshops for improvement in Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
• Assist engineers in evaluation and troubleshooting.
• Ensure all tools, jigs, and fixtures are maintained in good condition.
• Implement and adhere to health and safety procedures and legal requirements at all times.
• Perform troubleshooting on assembly machines / tooling and carry out related repairs / adjustments.
• Read and understand technical drawings and perform daily measurements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by immediate superior.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience is required.
• Required skills: AutoCAD, CNC.
• Preferably non-executive with experience in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
