Job description

As we continue to expand, we are looking to hire an experienced Production Technician to operate and maintain paper cup and paper bowl forming machines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with fully automatic machines and a strong understanding of machine troubleshooting, quality standards, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor automatic paper cup and bowl forming machines

Perform daily machine setup and adjustment for various cup/bowl sizes.

Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot common faults (e.g., sealing, feeding issues).

Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Keep accurate production logs and report issues to the supervisor.

Ensure cleanliness and safety in the production area

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with paper cup and/or bowl production machines.

Familiar with paper materials (PE coated paper).

Strong mechanical skills: able to change molds, fix alignment issues, etc.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Knowledge of safety protocols in food packaging manufacturing.

Basic understanding of machine manuals (English or native language).
