Job summary

A leading manufacturer in Malaysia seeks a Production Technician to operate machinery and ensure production quality. Candidates should have a diploma in engineering and be prepared for rotational shifts in a challenging environment. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate machine and assist supervisor to control production activities.
• Ensure quality output and minor troubleshooting of machines.
• Coach subordinates according to work order and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Operate machine and assist supervisor to control overall of the production activities
• Check the production data
• Ensure quality output
• Minor troubleshoot of machine
• Perform and enforce all level of workers compliance to the company's QMS, EHS, best way practices and 5S activities
• Coach and brief the subordinates according to work order and any special requirement

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least Diploma in engineering
• Able to work in rotating shift
• Able to work in hot and noisy environment
• Good communication skill and computer literate
