• Preferably with more than 1 year experience in manufacturing environment.
• Possess good leadership and capability to lead and supervise daily production activities.

Job Descriptions

• Facilititate Training Programs by conduct training session and workshop to deliver any training content that related to Production module.
• Assist leader to design training program by develop training materials and programs that address the production requirement.
• Assist leader to evaluate training effectiveness by assess the impact of training programs through feedback, tests and performance metrics.
• Conduct and manage new join programme before distribute to Production.
• Train and develop Operators and Operation Leaders to achieve higher level of production efficiency, company rules and regulation, ISO, RBA and etc.
• Conduct interview session for employee
• Conduct the abnormalities findings in Gemba
• To carry out any other duties as and when directed.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Qualification : Min Diploma in Industrial, Manufacturing or equivalent
• Experience : Preferably with more than 1 year experience in manufacturing environment
• Possess good leadership and capability lead and supervise daily production activities
• Language : English & Bahasa Melayu
