Purpose of the position
  • Follow up Production Orders and close Production Orders on time.
  • Prioritize operations and materials to ensure maximum output and minimize delay.
  • Monitor the Production Orders are carried out on time and complete within the budget.
  • Keep paperwork organized.
  • Attend team meetings to discuss production status and on-going problems.
  • Work with Managers to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedules.
  • Follow up and work with the operation team towards meeting the KPI’S target.
  • Ensure Safety and 5s operation meeting the requirements.
Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Prepare drawings for production department such as Fabrication & Assembly.
  • Coordinate weekly production report among production section supervisors. Update the weekly production report and report to Superintendents and Production Manager.
  • Coordinate documents related to ISO Environmental & Quality Management System for production department.
  • Liaise with engineering department in relates to drawings to ensure that all projects drawings are ready prior to production schedule.
  • Meeting all the operation KPI’S
  • Managing the operation cost within the budget sets
What you’ll need to succeed

Education

  • Minimum Degree in Business related

Experience

  • 3 years working experience as a Production Executive.
  • Experience in steel fabrication industries is an added advantage
