Job description

We're looking to add a Production Supervisor in Taiping, Perak to support our teams and contribute to our growth.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Supervise a group of production leaders and operators to ensure all work complies with procedures to meet production and quality requirements.
  2. Provide on-the-job training to production leaders and operators as needed, ensuring only competent operators are assigned to specific workstations.
  3. Compile and check production reports and records, ensuring accurate data collection for continuous improvement analysis.
  4. Initiate corrective actions when non-conformities are identified to ensure the line operates according to procedures and meets requirements.
  5. Identify ongoing training needs for production floor personnel to ensure they perform well in their assigned roles.
  6. Monitor machinery and other issues that may affect line performance, providing feedback and following up until issues are resolved and the line meets management targets.

Skills and Personalities:

  • Diploma/SKM/Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production and engineering fields.
  • Preferably skilled in mechanical troubleshooting and supervision.
  • Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a plus.
