To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Production Supervisor located in Senai, Johor.

What a typical day looks like:

• Leads the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment and is responsible for the lines' success.
• Evaluates daily/regular plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions to improve efficiencies and quality.
• Leads a team of professionals (e.g., engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements.
• Troubleshoots and analyzes operational problems and advises on their resolution. Guides discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding and capability.
• Solicits and evaluates ideas for plant improvements and collaborates with engineers to develop project proposals.
• Provides technical and operational advice to project teams.
• May act as the principal interface between the operation team and maintenance.
• Engages in training and coaching of junior operators.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply to meet customer requirements.
• Initiates and participates in process development and cost improvement projects.
• Assists in department budget planning and manages expenses.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing individuals on equipment and resource use, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Ensures compliance with manufacturing standards.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Possesses a Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
