Qualifications

• Diploma or higher is required.
• Minimum two years in a relevant field.
• Electronics industry experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to rotate day/night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Production arrangement and scheduling to ensure smooth progress of the production process.
• On-site management including tracking staff attendance, 5S standards, and workplace discipline.
• Quality management to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
