Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a supervisor-level candidate to countercheck and verify records filled by workers and operators in the factory environment. The role includes monitoring progress and providing essential training to relevant staff, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.

You will issue MWR for inefficiencies or machinery breakdowns and enforce FIFO when handling raw materials, with overtime allowances available as needed.

Qualifications

• No minimum experience required.
• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
• Able to work overtime when required (OT allowance will be provided).

Responsibilities

• Countercheck and verify records filled by workers/operators
• Monitor workers work quality and progress in program
• Provide necessary training to relevant workers/operators
• Issue MWR for inefficiency/breakdown of factory machinery
• Ensure first in, first out (FIFO) when using the raw materials
