Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations at our Kulim plant. The role focuses on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets, while driving continuous improvement and coaching teams to strengthen capabilities.

The candidate will monitor performance, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and prepare reports to support KPI tracking for management. Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environments and proficiency in Excel are

Qualifications

• STPM or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or semiconductor production environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement tools.
• Experience handling production KPIs, quality issues, or machine downtime.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, reporting, and basic data analysis.
