A well-established manufacturing company looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and lead a team toward achieving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate production team operations to meet productivity, quality, and safety standards

Plan and implement effective production schedules; monitor progress and make real-time adjustments to meet delivery deadlines

Troubleshoot production issues and lead continuous process improvement initiatives

Work closely with logistics, quality control, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth production flow

Train, guide, and motivate production staff to maintain high performance and morale

Maintain accurate reports on production metrics, inventory, and downtime

Enforce compliance with all safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure

Solid understanding of production processes, quality systems, and workplace safety practices

Must be able to speak Mandarin/Chinese (due to operational requirements)

Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented personality
