Job summary

Mega Fortris Berhad in Malaysia seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring targets, product quality and workplace safety are achieved. You will supervise production workers, monitor processes and drive efficiency improvements.

Using a Diploma in Manufacturing/Engineering with 2–3 years of experience, you will lead teams, manage shifts, and coordinate with Planner, QA/QC, Warehouse, Maintenance and other departments to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years in manufacturing/production Operations.
• Experience in plastic injection moulding is a plus.
• Knowledge of production, quality control, ISO standards, and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet targets and schedules.
• Monitor moulding, assembly, and packaging processes for quality and efficiency.
• Ensure product quality meets standards and customer requirements.
• Manage production manpower, assignments, attendance and discipline.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain housekeeping and implement 5S practices.
• Prepare daily production reports on output, defects and performance.
• Identify issues and implement improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with Planner, QA/QC, Warehouse, Maintenance, Technical and other departments.
