Responsibilities

• Setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating them to employees
• Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Focuses on how efficient these shift settings are and makes changes when necessary
• Ensure all aspects of your shift run smoothly and effectively
• Overseeing and coaching employees
• Guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees
• Optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and enforce strict safety guidelines

Education, Qualification Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma or higher in related field
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
