Job description

Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 6,000 per month depending on experience

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and motivate a team of Line Leaders and/or Production Assistants to achieve daily objectives such as quality, yield, productivity, and cycle time.
• Communicate changes in process and procedures directly to the team and monitor to ensure compliance.
• Ensure discipline and safety procedures are enforced in the work areas.
• Overall Person In-Charge of the line. Take initiative and work with relevant parties to ensure equipment is always in production mode.
• Manpower planning to meet targets.
• Material planning/inventory management.
• 5S implementation and enforcement.

Job Requirements

• Good working attitude
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food industry.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
