Job description

To supervise a group of production leaders and operators to ensure that all work done is according to procedures to meet production and quality requirements.

To provide on-the-job training to production leaders and operators periodically and to ensure that only competent operators are assigned to specific workstations.

To compile and check production reports and records, ensuring accurate data capture for continuous improvement analysis.

To initiate corrective actions when nonconformities are identified, ensuring the line operates according to procedures and meets requirements.

To identify ongoing training needs for production floor personnel to ensure lower-level staff can perform their roles effectively.

To monitor machinery and other issues that may affect line performance, providing feedback and follow-up until issues are resolved and line performance meets management targets.

Job Requirements:

Requires a Diploma/SKM/Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of experience in production and engineering fields.

Ability to work shifts and overtime.

Preferably with skills in mechanical troubleshooting and supervisory experience.

Preferably with experience in food manufacturing.
