- Lead a Production Assistant group to ensure they perform routine job assignment efficiently
- To manage Production Assistants to load and unload Customers product in accordance to quality specification.
- To execute general movements of goods around the site.
- To ensure accuracy of documentation at all time.
- To report any abnormality of Customer product to Immediate Supervisor.
- To manage warehouse racking and storage by maximize the available space and ensure all batches to be processed or dispatched can be clearly identified.
- To execute any reasonable request in respect of the efficient running of the site.
- To ensure the utilization of machine at maximum efficiency as per planned.
Duties - cont'd
- Attend to machine breakdown during night shift for any minor stoppage case and reporting to on call duty technician for further action.
- Assist a group of Technician during Planned Maintenance (Autonomous maintenance concept)
- An authorized person to execute speed check every day for machine system.
- An authorized person to execute speed change twice a month accordance to current source and calculation by Planner.
- To lead the team to support LEAN initiative.
- To report any accident related to their activity and update on SQDC.
- To lead team to comply with company rules, Safety rules, QA procedures and SOPs.
- To ensure good housekeeping practices in production area.
- To maintain a smart, and clean personal appearance.
Education Degree
High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience
