Position Summary

Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

1. Lead a Production Assistant group to ensure they perform routine job assignments efficiently.
2. Manage Production Assistants to load and unload Customers' products in accordance with quality specifications.
3. Execute general movements of goods around the site.
4. Ensure accuracy of documentation at all times.
5. Report any abnormality of Customer products to Immediate Supervisor.
6. Manage warehouse racking and storage by maximizing the available space and ensuring all batches to be processed or dispatched can be clearly identified.
7. Execute any reasonable request in respect of the efficient running of the site.
8. Ensure the utilization of machines at maximum efficiency as per planned.
9. Attend to machine breakdown during night shift for any minor stoppage case and report to on-call duty technician for further action.
10. Assist a group of Technicians during Planned Maintenance (Autonomous maintenance concept).
11. Act as an authorized person to execute speed checks every day for machine systems.
12. Act as an authorized person to execute speed changes twice a month in accordance with current source and calculations by Planner.
13. Lead the team to support LEAN initiatives.
14. Report any accidents related to their activity and update on SQDC.
15. Lead the team to comply with company rules, Safety rules, QA procedures, and SOPs.
16. Ensure good housekeeping practices in the production area.
17. Maintain a smart and clean personal appearance.

Education Degree

High School Diploma or GED
