About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team at PASTEL GLOVE SDN. BHD. in Pusing, Perak. In this full-time role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our production department, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will maintain high quality standards and drive continuous improvement across our production operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of manufacturing tasks.
2. Monitor production schedules, identify and resolve bottlenecks or issues.
3. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet specifications.
4. Analyze production data and report key performance indicators to management.
5. Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with the team to implement changes.
6. Provide coaching and mentorship to production team members for their professional development.
7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in manufacturing.
