Job Responsibilities:

  1. Receives predetermined work assignments that are subject to a moderate level of control and review.
  2. Directs subordinates to complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures and policies.
  3. Management reviews work to measure meeting of objectives.
  4. Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results may cause delays in schedules.
  5. Works on issues of limited scope.
  6. Follows established practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
  7. Monitors daily operations of a unit or sub-unit.
  8. Requires full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility.
  9. Provides immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks, checking work at frequent intervals, and maintaining schedules.
  10. A portion of time is spent performing individual tasks related to the unit.
  11. Generally supervises semi-skilled employees.
  12. Reports to Senior Supervisor/Manager.
  13. Interacts daily with subordinates and/or functional peer groups.
  14. Interaction normally involves exchange or presentation of factual information.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
