Job description

Ensure activities related to the pickling process follow proper work instructions and safe work procedures.

Achieve production daily and monthly targets.

Plan and manage preventive maintenance activities for the pickling plant, rain harvest system, and scrubber.

Continuously improve production work activities.

Identify and diagnose problems or failures in the pickling line; provide recommendations and training.

Monitor the performance of the scrubber system.

Follow up on urgent deliveries.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills and operations management experience
• Strong analytical skills to assess operational performance
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with different departments and staff
• Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
