We are a multi-national company involved developing, manufacturing and marketing for intelligent and ergonomic products, located in I-park Industrial area, Kulai, Johor. We are looking to hire for Production Supervisor.

You will play an important role in:

• Ensure work performed is within acceptable targeted quantity, quality according to time frame.
• Ensure personal & co-workers good punctuality record on reporting to work & take necessary action for fail to perform duty / reporting. Verified daily attendance tardiness record of worker. Alert to Superior all lateness and early departure without approval.
• Ensure personal and direct co-workers working shall follow P.P.E requirement.
• Ensure personal and direct co-workers shall practice follow company & production rule & regulation.
• Ensure raw materials / work in progress items information are properly updated into reporting / system in verbal & written form.
• Ensure finished goods information are properly updated into reporting / system in verbal & written form.
• Ensure rejected goods information are properly updated into reporting / system in verbal & written form.
• Ensure information / figures / quality of discrepancies raw materials, work in progress items, finished goods and rejected goods are verified & rectified in place.
• Alert any irregularities of information to Superior and seek solutions to the matter.
• Ensure new co-workers, existing co-workers and subordinates can perform up to the company’s expected performance level.
• Ensure pier/group activities executed with good success and able to sustain the group activity for at least three (3) months upon completion.
• Responsible to feedback the root causes of defect to respective operators so the defect will stop repeating if it is workmanship error.
• Monitor the product yield for every line. To feedback to superior on any issues arose regardless of system quality, productivity, or personal matters.
• Responsible for production material inventories figure physical & system.
• Perform physical inventory daily, monthly, and yearly.
• Maintain good 5S and Safety and Health’s criteria.
• To feedback to superior on any issues arose system transaction discrepancy.
• To execute any jobs as assigned by superior when deemed necessary.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

• Minimum qualification SPM or SPTM/ Diploma & above.
• 3 ~4 years working experience in manufacturing industry.
• Able to read, speak and write English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Familiar & well verse with all Production’s processes is a MUST.
• Acquire to assist and work with manager to achieve daily production KPIs such as good yield, good quality, good efficiency, less down time.
• Able to interpret, read and understand work instructions, work order, BOM list and product specifications, and other production documents
• Must be computer literate and able to perform SAP or ERP transaction.
