Job summary

AAC Technologies is seeking a Production Technician responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring quality, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. The role involves evaluating output and providing improvement suggestions, ideal for candidates with an engineering background and some supervisory experience. Entry-level candidates will also be considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience required.
• At least 3 years in manufacturing operations.
• Preferably with electronics and electrical background.

Responsibilities

• Program and set up machines according to work instructions.
• Monitor production machinery and track hourly outputs.
• Report defective products and stock deficiencies.

Machine set up, programming, and parameter setting based on work instructions.

Operate production equipment with full utilization of UPH.

Provide improvement suggestions to enhance machine quality and functionality.

Monitor production line machines and track hourly output achievement.

Evaluate products to ensure quality and functionality.

Meet deadlines for individual production tasks during shifts.

Report defective products or machinery issues.

Check stock levels and report deficiencies in products or raw materials.

Follow production ISO, WI, and ESD standards.

Entry level or no experience are welcomed.

Qualification:

Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Engineering.

Preferably with experience and/or background in equipment/machinery operation, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and AOI.

Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience required.

At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations within the production department.

Working knowledge/experience in material inventory.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Preferably with electronics and electrical background.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.
