We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our lubricant oil manufacturing team in Senai, Johor. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our daily production operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. You’ll be leading a team in a fast-paced environment and playing a key role in driving continuous improvement across the production floor.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating daily production activities to meet output targets and quality standards

Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Monitoring production processes and making real-time adjustments to optimize performance

Managing raw material usage and inventory to support seamless production

Collaborating closely with the Quality Control and Maintenance teams

Training and mentoring production staff to achieve operational excellence

Keeping accurate production records and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)

Identifying and implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives

Ensuring all operations align with ISO standards and relevant regulatory requirement

Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline

3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within lubricant oil or petrochemical industries

Strong understanding of production planning, process optimization, and workplace safety practices

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Hands-on experience with ISO standards and compliance-focused operations

Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume production setting
