The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a related field and have substantial supervisory experience in production management, particularly in food processing. This role emphasizes compliance with safety regulations and efficient inventory management within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within production management.
• In-depth knowledge of quality assurance, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.

Job description

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality.

Monitor production output and ensure it meets quality and efficiency standards.

Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Coordinate with other departments (e.g., QA/QC, maintenance, logistics) to ensure operational efficiency.

Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Enforce health and safety regulations and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Monitor inventory of raw materials and request replenishment as necessary.

Job Requirements

At least degree qualification in related field, such as operation management, industrial engineering;

At least 5 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within production management, particularly food processing.

In-depth knowledge of quality assurance, safety standards, and regulatory compliance in the manufacturing sector and food processing;

Proven problem-solving ability;

Excellent organisational and time management skills;

Proficient in using production management software and other relevant tools;

Able to lead and manage production team.
