Qualifications

• Préférence pour les connaissances en matériaux en acier, flux de production ou opérations de machines.
• Aptitude à diriger une équipe et à travailler sous pression.
• Willingness to work in a factory environment.

Responsibilities

• Superviser les activités de production quotidiennes pour assurer des opérations fluides.
• Surveiller les performances des travailleurs et garantir le respect des normes de sécurité et de qualité.
• Coordonner avec les équipes de maintenance et de QC pour résoudre les problèmes de production.

• SPM or equivalent; technical certificate or diploma is an advantage
• Preferably with knowledge in steel items, production flow, or machinery operation
• Able to lead a team and work under pressure
• Willing to work in a factory environment with hands-on supervision
• 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage; fresh applicants will be considered
• Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor workers’ performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
