Job description

Coordinate the day-to-day activities of a team of production workers to ensure that manufacturing operations run according to established production specifications and schedules, volume, cost, wastage targets, and quality standards.

Monitor the volume and quality of output and adjust tasks, timing, equipment set-up, or inputs to meet production specifications and use resources efficiently.

Supervise staff to ensure all production tasks are performed and machines and equipment are operated safely.

Train new workers in operating procedures and standards.

Prepare production reports to identify and resolve performance issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level qualification or equivalent.

Ability to work independently and manage a small team effectively.

Preferably with experience or background in equipment/machinery operation.

Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience required.

At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations within the production department.

Willing to work 5.5 days per week.
