Qualifications

Role Description

• Inspect the biscuit code that is being run by the oven team.
• Ensure the line leader operates the product according to the schedule set by the planner.
• Check employee attendance and report to the Head of Department.
• Ensure all machines start operating according to the set time (8:00 AM / 8:00 PM).
• Count product WIP (Work in Progress) and ensure customer orders can be fulfilled according to the schedule.
• Open MRS reject if necessary – ERP System (if there is any damaged packaging material).
• Check and verify all documents used during operations, ensuring the written information is accurate and correct.
• Manage replacement workers for employees working 8-hour shifts
• Work closely with production Manager / Executives to oversee day to day process improvement and production planning.
• Effectively supervise, coach, motivate and lead a team of production operators to achieve daily targets (output)
• Ensure production process are adhere to HACCP, ISO, HALAL and GMP standard and compliance to safety and work procedure
• Prepare and submit production daily, weekly and monthly reports ( Includes HACCP and ISO documentation)

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience AS A PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to work in shift rotation basis.
• Preferably with experience specializing in Food Production Operations or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): supervisory, people management, communication, capacity planning, problem solving, operations management, result and deadline-driven.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Willing to learn, adaptability, problem solving & reporting and independent.
• Possess good communication skills with superior and subordinates.
