• Plan and follow up on daily planning and production achievement (KPI - OEE, efficiency, downtime, quality and safety) through proper communication with QA and Maintenance team
• Provide training to staff members on food safety practices and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
• Establish work schedules and ensure that employees are following them, as well as address issues that may arise during the workday
• Oversee the safety of the food preparation process by inspecting equipment and facilities to ensure they meet safety standards (GMP/GHP, HACCP, FSSC 22000)
• Review employee performance regularly to ensure standards of excellence are met

Job Requirement: Diploma level
