• Availability to work: Monday to Saturday, Morning shift
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Expected salary: RM2,500 - RM3,000 per month

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise Production Operations: Oversee production activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance with standards and safety regulations.
2. Manage Production Staff: Lead, mentor, assign tasks, and evaluate performance of production workers.
3. Quality Control: Monitor and maintain product quality, implementing necessary quality measures.
4. Production Planning: Develop schedules to ensure timely completion and resource efficiency.
5. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
6. Health and Safety: Ensure safety compliance, conduct inspections, and provide safety training.
7. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements for better productivity.
8. Reporting: Prepare reports on production status, challenges, and achievements for management.
