Production Supervisor

At Sinopont Everthriving, we are seeking a talented and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our manufacturing operations and ensuring the efficient and effective production of our high-quality products. What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
2. Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
3. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and quality standards throughout the production process.
4. Provide training and guidance to production staff to develop their skills and enhance their performance.
5. Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and quality control, to optimize the overall production workflow.
6. Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
7. Generate detailed reports on production activities and key performance indicators.

What we're looking for

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a production supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire production teams.
3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.
4. Proficient in interpreting and analyzing production data to drive informed decision-making.
5. Thorough understanding of quality control processes and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
