• Develop and implement action items to meet production schedules, goals, and objectives.
• Monitor the volume and quality of output and adjust tasks, timing, equipment set-up, or inputs so that production specifications are met and resources are used efficiently.
• Supervise staff to ensure that all production tasks are performed, and all machines and equipment are operated safely.
• Support key business metrics, maintain general housekeeping, and ensure workplace safety.
• Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
• Train new workers in operating procedures and standards.
• Identify resource needs and ensure that the production schedule is met.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, or equivalent.
• Have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar environment.
• Willing to work in Bayan Lepas and in shift (12-hour rotation).
• Experience in SMT, PCBA, and wave soldering production is an advantage.
• Possess a proactive attitude, drive, and commitment to standards and performance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; team player.
• Willing and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
