We are looking for someone who is experienced in the Medical industry (a great advantage) and has roles such as Production Supervisor, Leader, or Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

1. Carry out production planning and resource scheduling adjustments based on shipment and production scheduling requirements to ensure delivery is achieved.
2. Based on the process of the new model, conduct dynamic analysis and propose a reasonable quotation evaluation.
3. Annual department manpower & expense budget, and annual KPI achievement review.
4. Improve and optimize the manufacturing process of all models to eliminate waste.
5. Respond to system audits, and facilitate cross-department communication and coordination.
6. Conduct routine safety and 5S audits at the factory and implement rectifications.

Requirements

• Candidate possesses at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in science, engineering, Pharma, Medical, Biotechnology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
