Roles & Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the shift, including managing staff, production, and quality targets to ensure smooth production processes.
• Prepare daily production reports such as M&W reports and create & close manufacturing orders (MO).
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
• Actively participate in the company's continuous improvement plans to support future growth.
• Manage, develop, and motivate direct reporting staff.
• Execute the production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, achieving work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving issues, and reporting on shift production summaries.
• Review VSM, TPM, and PM activities.
• Review and update all SOPs related to processes and machine maintenance.
• Collaborate with other Shift Supervisors to ensure effective communication during production handovers.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
