Experiences in paint or spray application, about common defects, color matching paint, what causes paint failure and how to overcome.

• Supervising, coaching and motivating production staffs and workers to produce products within the quality control standard and right quantity as per plan within the time.
• Work with production teams to ensure high level of discipline, high efficiency of worker utilisation, high quality and produce within the time
• Plan and assign daily job duties to workers.
• Operate the production plan by scheduling, monitoring work progress, establishing priorities, revising schedules if necessary, and reporting production achievements.
• Perform routine testing on paint, including checking batch data, mixing, SDS Sheet, and testing physical properties of paints.
• Compile and analyze production performance records and data.
• Continuously engage in activities to improve efficiency, capacity, and cost savings.
• Recommend improvement activities such as modifications, process flow changes, and method enhancements to boost production quality, capacity, and efficiency.
• Ensure all defects are well segregated; troubleshoot and take action to overcome issues.
• Ensure machines and equipment are in good condition by scheduling repairs as needed, and perform daily setup before production.
• Check material status to ensure physical quantities match ERP system records.
• Verify paint supplier information, including batch testing and comparisons.
• Ensure compliance of subordinates with company rules, quality policies, safety requirements, ISO/TS standards (ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001), and customer specifications.
• Train operators to maintain good discipline and understanding of SOPs, ensuring SOP adherence.
• Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as required by your superior.

Requirement(s):-

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Innovative, self-motivated, with a good analytical mind.
• Willing to work in Kawasan Perindustrian Pandan.
