Job summary

Agilent Technologies LDA Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a production-focused professional to drive end-to-end strategies covering material management, inventory control, and compliant operations.

You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to optimize ERP/MES-related systems and lead training initiatives. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, policy governance, and support for audits across the production organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of production/manufacturing experience; fresh graduates with learning agility considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Strong digital mindset with data analysis, automation and programming exposure beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and drive improvement across functions.
• Experience with SAP ECC, MES or related production systems is an added asset.
• Knowledge of production processes, inventory management, quality systems and compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong digital mindset with exposure to data analysis, automation and programming being an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across functions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with manufacturing systems such as SAP ECC, MES or related production systems is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of production processes, inventory management, quality systems, and compliance requirements is preferred.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
