Agilent Technologies in Penang, Malaysia, seeks a production professional to lead end-to-end production strategies and collaborate across functions. You will drive inventory control, compliance, and operational performance while aligning with regulatory standards.

You will also lead cross-training, identify gaps for continuous improvement, and work with IT and stakeholders to optimize ERP/MES and related digital systems. Fresh graduates with strong learning agility are welcome to apply.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required.
• Minimum 3 years of production/manufacturing experience; fresh graduates considered with learning agility.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong digital mindset with exposure to data analysis, automation and programming advantageous.
• Experience with manufacturing systems such as SAP ECC or MES is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Leads or contributes to end-to-end production strategies and solutions across material management, inventory control, production processes, compliance, and performance.
• Leads or participates in production initiatives and coordinates with cross-functional team on implementation.
• Leads Production Cross Training and Technical Training Program.
• Identifies operational gaps and drives improvement to enhance production, compliance, productivity, inventory accuracy, and capabilities.
• Collaborates with IT and stakeholders to ensure production systems and digital solutions support business needs.
• Implements, validates, troubleshoots, and improves production-related systems and processes for compliance, quality, efficiency, productivity, scalability.
• Develops, maintains, and governs production policies, procedures, and tools to align with objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Provides SME support for production systems including ERP, MES, eDHR, inventory management, and related digital manufacturing initiatives.
• Supports internal and external audits, compliance activities, and process standardization across production.

Job Description

• Leads or contributes to the execution of end-to-end production strategies and solutions encompassing material management, inventory control, production processes, compliance, and operational performance while ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and company standards.
• Leads or participates in production initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional team on implementation.
• Leads Production Cross Training and Technical Training Program.
• Identifies operational gaps and drives improvement initiatives to enhance production, compliance, productivity, inventory accuracy, and organizational capabilities.
• Collaborates closely with Information Technology and business stakeholders to ensure production systems and digital solutions effectively support business requirements and operational needs.
• Implements, validates, troubleshoots, and continuously improves production-related systems and processes to enhance compliance, quality, efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
• Develops, maintains, and governs production policies, procedures, work instructions, processes, and tools to ensure alignment with business objectives and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Provides subject matter expertise and support for production systems, including ERP, MES, eDHR, inventory management, and related digital manufacturing initiatives.
• Supports internal and external audits, compliance activities, and process standardization efforts across the production organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of production/manufacturing experience. Fresh graduates with strong learning agility and relevant internship/project experience will also be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong digital mindset with exposure to data analysis, automation and programming being an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across functions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with manufacturing systems such as SAP ECC, MES or related production systems is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of production processes, inventory management, quality systems, and compliance requirements is preferred.
